I bought a genuine dermaroller on eBay again. What is a Dermaroller? A dermaroller is a cosmetic handheld device that consists of a roller (containing micro needles) and a handle which is used to treat a range of skin problems such as stretch marks, wrinkles, acne scars, etc. It is applied to the skin where it stimulates the body into producing collagen and elastin as a repair mechanism.
How to use a Dermaroller
Dermaroller is safe for home use if you follow the instructions carefully and correctly.
How to choose the dermaroller needle length?
For roller needle lengths 0.20mm and 0.30mm, you can use them daily to enhance nutrient and product absorption. It can be used daily as maintenance after dermaroller treatment with longer needle length over 0.30mm for skin regeneration.
For roller needle length 0.50mm, you can use them daily for a week and then use a 0.20mm or 0.30mm roller for three weeks daily. Do this monthly.
For roller needle lengths 1.00mm and 1.50mm, you can use them once a month and then use a 0.20mm or 0.30mm roller daily as maintenance.

As human skin has an average thickness of 1.50mm, dermaroller needle lengths usually range from 0.15mm to 1.50mm. Any longer needles should only be purchased and used by medical professionals. Buy and use at your own risk.
How to use Dermaroller at home
1. Use medical alcohol to disinfect the dermaroller and the area of skin which was treated.
2. Apply suitable functional nutrition onto the treated area if required.
3. Roll the dermaroller back and forth 4-5 times in each direction horizontally, vertically and diagonally, on the area you wish to treat whilst maintaining the same speed and pressure to create more micro vessels.
4. After dermaroller treatment apply necessary nutrition to the skin. Pay particular attention to skin inflammation.
Caution: Do not use if you have a fungal skin infection, open cuts, wounds, active acne, eczema, psoriasis, rosacea or any other active infections. If you are not sure about your skin condition, please consult a dermatologist before using the roller. Should the skin feel sensitive after a skin needling treatment, stop using the roller immediately and consult a skin care specialist. Store the roller safely in the protective case provided and keep it out of the reach of children. Do not share your roller with anyone else. Use entirely at your own risk.
Where to buy Genuine Dermaroller
This is the second genuine dermaroller I got for myself from the same eBay seller. So far this is the Best Dermaroller I have found on the net. I bought it on 20 November from a seller based in United Kingdom (the-natural-remedy-store) for GBP 7.97 and I received it on 28 November, 8 days. It is inexpensive, reliable and fast. The store has been an eBay member since 30 December 2010 and it offers free postage to worldwide. The dermaroller arrived in a sturdy plastic case that keeps the needles clean and sharp. I am satisfied with the quality. Before you undergo derma rolling yourself, I urge you to do your homework. Low quality dermaroller may cause skin lesions, infections, bruising and additional scars. Bacteria may lead to severe life-threatening infections and blood poisoning. Do not share or lend your micro needle roller as this is the easiest way to transfer HIV and hepatitis viruses. I have been using 1.00mm dermaroller for months and my pore size has reduced significantly. Does Dermaroller work? I will write a dermaroller review about Dermaroller before after when my skin got even better.
