Fractional Co2 Laser Treatment Review – How to minimize large pores on nose

How to get rid of large pores? How to minimize large pores on nose? The answer I found is “Co2 Fractional Laser/Co2 Laser Resurfacing” and I have just undergone Fractional Co2 Laser Treatment at Lifestyle Aesthetic Clinic Bangsar South this morning. Dermaroller is not effective. If you are a Groupon shopper like me, you may come across many skin laser deals like Q-switch, Spectra or Co2 laser. Out of the many skin laser treatments, Fractional Co2 Laser is ideal for treating acne scars and open pores. Q-switch and Spectra lasers are not suitable for enlarged pores. I did not say this out of nothing as I consulted Doctor Vincent about those laser treatments.

Lifestyle Aesthetic Clinic

First, let’s talk about Lifestyle Aesthetic Clinic. How I know about this skin clinic? Through a friend. Last month, she underwent a laser surgery by Doctor Vincent Ng to remove her birthmark on face. I wanted to write an entry about her birthmark removing recovery process but I do not have time to do so. I am currently employed as an Account Executive/ Internal Audit at a limited company. I am so bored with my work. Back to the topic, Lifestyle Aesthetic Clinic offers medical aesthetic procedures and corrective skincare plus rejuvenation treatment. The clinic provides various non-invasive skincare to minimally invasive options using advanced and clinically proven technologies. Fractional Co2 Laser Treatment Review

LACO Aesthetic Clinic

Before I decided to undergo Co2 Laser Treatment, I consulted Dr. Vincent at the Puchong branch (New Life Clinic). There is another aesthetic clinic named, LACO just a few lot beside. I do not like LACO. First, the doctor is quite arrogant. Second, the price they offered me was sky-high. One laser treatment is roughly RM 1000, why so high? For removing birthmark, the surgery LACO offered my friend was RM 1600. Though they did not charge us for consultation fee, but my friend did lose RM 50 for placing a deposit booking the doctor for her surgery. Thereafter, she did the same surgery at New Life Clinic for just RM 400.

Fractional Co2 Laser Malaysia Price

For my skin, Dr. Vincent offered me a treatment plan with two Fractional Co2 Laser Treatments (RM 900) and two Chemical Peels Treatments (RM 550) with a total of RM 1450. Expensive too, right? I did not sign up the plan rather I started to look for skin laser deals on Groupon. For Co2 Fractional Laser, the best I found was the one offered by The Skin Club, RM 129. However, there is one sentence on the deal scared me, “treatment by resident doctor or registered staff nurse.” After a while, I followed my friend to meet Dr. Vincent for her follow-up treatment. I spoke to Dr. Vincent about the Groupon deals, without much thinking, he asked me to do the laser at his place with the price of RM 129 for first treatment. I really like Dr. Vincent, he is not only good-looking but friendly too. How much I paid just now? RM 407 as below. They forgot to refund my consultation fee of RM 25. The second Co2 Fractional treatment would be RM 450. Think of how much I had spent at various beauty salons in the past few years, one thousand is just nothing as long as it brings result.

  • First time Fractional Co2 Laser, RM 129
  • Recovery Cream (with sunscreen), RM 50
  • Elixir Hydro, RM 178
  • Deposit of second Co2 Fractional Laser, RM 50

Process of Fractional Co2 Laser Treatment

I reached Lifestyle Aesthetic Clinic Bangsar South at 11.30am. I am sorry to say this but do not go to the Puchong branch as I think staffs there are not friendly. Look for Jacqueline, Amy or Jaja. Amy brought me to a room, washed my face and applied “numb cream” on my face. I waited for about 30 minutes. Dr. Vincent came in. The laser was done in 5 minutes but immediately I had a burning and tingling sensation on my face. The sensation was gone after Amy applied a mint-like soothing mask on my face. After 15 minutes, she removed the mask and put recovery cream on my face. The treatment was not really painful. It was like punching tiny holes in your face. Now my face is two-tone, a bit red but not much pain. I need to apply the recovery cream three times a day for a week. No toner, no whitening products shall be applied on face. I have to avoid exposure to direct sunlight. After a week, I will need to the “Elixir Hydro” cream after cleansing.
