Stir-Fried White Radish with Black Fungus

Ingredients:

100g white radish
100g carrot
100g cucumber
50g black fungus
10g garlic

Method:

1. Soak black fungus for about 10 minutes and pinch off all hard bits. Drain and slice finely.
2. Cut radish, carrot and cucumber into strips.
3. Heat oil in a pan, lower the fire and fry the garlic until fragrant.
4. Add black fungus and radish, stir-fry 5 minutes.
5. Add carrot and cucumber and continue to stir-fry until all the ingredients are cooked.
6. Add salt or soy sauce to taste, stir to mix well.
7. Dish out onto a plate and serve.
